Production of Genetically Engineered Hamsters. Auratus is the first and, to date, the only company to offer services for production of genetically engineered hamsters. Auratus researchers have the ability to design and generate genetic engineering vectors, introduce vectors into hamster embryos, transfer embryos to recipient females and generate offspring.
Breeding pairs will be provided to the clients. Furthermore, Auratus has the facilities and expertise to raise offspring and expand lines for clients. Testing and Evaluation of Genetically Engineered Hamster Lines. Auratus also provides gene expression analysis, physiological characterizations and other phenotyping services.
Contract Research and Testing. Auratus is willing to work with clients to develop research and testing protocols. Auratus researchers have experience in developing and qualifying assays, developing SOPs and conducting quality control and quality assurance activities.
